the pull-up makeover is finally here!

You deserve

strength.

I believe strength is so much more than lifting heavy things. I’ve seen thousands of women transcend and push past limitations by embracing what makes them strong. It’s a transformation that begins in the gym, or under a barbell, and touches every facet of life.

You deserve to transcend. Here’s everything I’ve built to help.

I wanted to become stronger physically, I wanted to keep up with my kids lifestyle and be healthy.

I wanted strength out of this program (Stronger by the Day), I tried [other programs] previously, and I wasn’t getting what I wanted. I wasn’t getting progressive overload, it didn’t estimate my numbers, and I needed more guidance.

My favorite thing about Stronger by the Day has to be the tutorials.

I love that you can watch them and it’ll show you exactly what you have to do, you don’t have to guess. If there’s an acronym or something I don’t understand, I can just watch the demo. My confidence has also improved.

I Was Lost In The Gym. I Was Just Doing My Own Thing, Picking Random Things Off The Internet, But I Wasn’t Making Any Progress.

So I chose SBTD, and it gave me the guidance I needed in the gym. My deadlift has probably tripled! I liked that SBTD was using a barbell because I didn’t really see many women using it. It's improved my confidence too. Over the years my [body]weight has gone up and down, and even at my highest weight, I felt good because I knew I was strong. It’s been life-changing, especially coming to it later in life.

After gaining almost 50 lbs, I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. My body image hit rock bottom. Everything at work felt out of my control. My social life was non-existent. I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of shame and guilt, unsure of how to turn things around.

Eventually, I realized that even the tiniest step forward was better than nothing. So I set my sights on just one exercise. The barbell squat. For about 6 months, I followed a simple routine. I went to the gym, warmed up, squatted, and then walked out the door. My focus was solely on building my strength and refining my technique. I gave myself permission to build instead of shrink. As the weeks passed, my confidence skyrocketed. Finally, I appreciated my body for so much more than its size or appearance. My body was STRONG AS HELL.

My journey ignited a passion for helping others find strength within themselves. Fast forward almost 10 years from that single exercise routine… I’ve gone on to help thousands of women who feel that same discomfort find their confidence and femininity through strength.
